• Raised internal cultural awareness of product safety through robust and sustained global Product Safety campaigns and trainings led by leadership across Kidde, including global factories and suppliers

• Updated design standards to enhance the usability of our products for consumers

• Conducted enhanced safety reviews for every New Product prior to launch and legacy products to ensure manufacturing controls for critical features

• Rolled out enhanced product safety requirements to suppliers during on-site surveillance audits, which includes a product part approval process

• Implemented proactive internal systems for quality and safety reviews based on consumer input data, product data and engineering data
